1. Data we collect

We may collect and process:

• Account data: email, name (if provided).
• Technical data: push device token, timezone offset, app/device information (e.g., app version).
• Settings: learning language, UI language.
• Analytics/diagnostics: events and technical metrics via AppMetrica and services by Google and Yandex, as needed to operate and improve the app.

We do not store dialog history, your audio recordings, or your message text after the dialog ends.

2. Voice and messages

Audio and text are used only during the dialog to generate responses and are not retained as chat history.

We may keep aggregated/summarized results (without the original message content) to improve the Service.

3. Purposes

We use data to provide the Service (account, settings, subscription), send push notifications, improve quality and stability (analytics, diagnostics), and handle support requests.

4. Third parties

We use the following third‑party services:

• Apple (App Store/StoreKit subscriptions, APNs push notifications),
• OpenAI (processing requests to generate responses),
• AppMetrica, Google, Yandex (analytics/diagnostics/infrastructure components).

Some data may be processed by these providers under their own policies. Some providers may be located outside your country.

5. Location and cookies

We do not collect precise geolocation. We currently do not use cookies on the public /terms and /privacy pages.

6. Retention

We do not retain dialog history/audio/message text. Account and technical data are stored as long as needed to operate the account and the app, or until account deletion, unless retention is required by law.

We follow a simplified approach and will respond within a reasonable time and may request information to verify your request.

8. Security

We apply reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
